Arcwerks serves up vintage architectural design for beloved local DQ
Blending iconic style and franchise guidelines
When it came time to move, the owner of the Dairy Queen restaurant in Pompano Beach, Florida wanted to reflect the vintage style of the DQ he first opened in the 1940s.
Zoning required that the existing canopy feature remain in place. This presented the challenge of designing and building within the structural limitations and parking requirements. Arcwerks designed a thoroughly modern restaurant in vintage DQ style—all while working within the franchise’s corporate brand guidelines.
